Call for Food Supply Tenders

Orbost Regional Health is currently in the process of seeking tenders for food supply for the period 1^st July 2011 to 30^th June 2012 for the following goods:

• Bread
• Meat
• Fruit and Vegetables
• Fresh, Frozen & Dry Store

Please note that tenders will be assessed against criteria and the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Tender Submission Instructions

Tenders must be received by 4:00pm Friday 10^th June 2011 and are to be sealed in an envelope clearly marked:

Tender submissions must include the following:

• Relevant Tender Form
• Evidence of the company’s occupational health & safety program
• Current copies of public liability and workers’ compensation insurance
• A copy of the company’s Food Premises Licence
• Evidence of a registered food safety plan
